Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Q: What is the difference between Grade I and Grade II items? A: You may notice that we have specificied a "grade" on some of our items. This gives you an indication of quality - as most of what we sell is army surplus, some of it may be of slightly lesser quality depending on age, usage, etc. Grade I means it's in first class condition, Grade II means it's still in good condition but of a slightly lower quality. Note that Grade II is *not* the same as "shop soiled" or "damaged" Q: What is the likely delivery time for items? A: We aim to ship within 24 hours of receiving your order and payment is confirmed, and use either first- or second-class postage depending on the option you selected at checkout. Q: Do you ship anywhere in the world? A: Unfortunately our insurers insist that we can only ship to countries within the European Union (EU), and therefore cannot accept any orders from outside the EU at this time. Q: What does it mean when an item is marked as "free size"? A: Items marked "free size" are supplied in one size only that is intended to fit the majority of people. Some of these items have elasticated or adjustable straps (but not all). If you're in doubt as to whether an item will fit you please call us on 0207 485 2442 and have a chat with us, we'll be happy to advise you. Q: Are you able to order specific items for me if I don't see them on the website? A: Yes, we can absolutely do that if we're able to source it for you. Give us a call on 0207 485 2442 and we'll let us know what you need. Q: You don't have the size that I need, can you get my size? A: We're always getting stock so it's possible that we may actually have your size, or may be receiving a delivery in the near future that will have your size. Give us a call on 0207 485 2442 and we'll let you know asap. Q: What are the opening hours of your shop in North London? A: We are open from 10am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and UK Public Holidays. Of course our website is open for business 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. Q: What does the term "BDU" mean? A: BDU stands for "Battle Dress Uniform", previously the USA's standard military uniform used in combat. Compare to "Plain Dress Uniform" used for parades etc. BDU clothing can be plain or camouflage. Q: What are your Terms and Conditions?
