Terms and Conditions
The Contract Between Us

These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods sold via this website by Squadron HQ Limited (company registration number 6186214, VAT Registration Number 916 8851 87) of 121 Kentish Town Road, London, NW1 8PB ('we' and 'us') to the customer named on the order form provided on this website. Together with the completed order form, these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire and only agreement between us in relation thereto. Our acceptance of your order by delivery of the goods constitutes a legally binding contract between us on these terms and conditions.
Price and Payment
===============
The price of the goods is as set out on the website at the time you place your order plus any postage and packing charges as set out on the order form. We can only accept your order once full payment has been received. If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product which was advertised at an incorrect price. A sale is deemed to have occurred only when we have confirmed complete payment. Until then, it is only an offer to sell.
Stock Availability
=============
While we attempt to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders, if we do not have sufficient stock to fulfil your order we may, at our discretion, supply or deliver a substituted product or refund you the price paid for such goods as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days. If a substitution or refund becomes necessary we will contact you via email using the email address you supplied when you placed your order.
Delivery and Title
=============
We will deliver your goods using Royal Mail or other means at our discretion by either first-class, second-class or international postage according to the selection you make when completing your order. Immediately prior to dispatch of the goods to you, title in the goods will pass to you. In the unlikely event that you have not received all the goods within 21 days of the date of delivery, you must notify us immediately either by writing to 121 Kentish Town Road, London, NW1 8PB, UK or by emailing info@squadronhq.com. We reserve the right to quote an additional amount for postage when sending heavy or bulky items, especially when sending outside the UK. In such circumstances, you will be contacted prior to us proceeding with your order.
Cancellation and Returns
====================
If you wish to return an item please contact us by phone on +44 207 485 2442 within 7 working days of receipt of the item where a working day is defined as Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays to receive a return authorization. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization, and none will be accepted after 7 working days from receipt of the item. We cannot guarantee to allow any returns however will consider each claim on a case by case basis.
Liability
======
If you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Termination
=========
We may suspend further supply or delivery, stop any goods in transit or terminate our contract by notice in writing to you if you are in breach of an obligation hereunder or you become unable to pay your debts when they fall due or proceedings are commenced by or against you alleging bankruptcy or insolvency. Upon termination, your indebtedness to us becomes immediately due and payable and we shall be under no further obligation to supply goods to you.
Force Majeure
===========
We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes).
VAT
===
Where applicable, prices include UK Value Added Tax (VAT) at 17.5% subject to changes in taxation.
Legal Restrictions on Specific Goods
=============================
It is your responsibility to check that any item you order is legal within your jurisdiction. We can accept no responsibility for any loss due to seizure of goods by authorities.
Supply Region
===========
We can only supply goods to countries within the European Union (EU) and reserve the right to reject any orders requiring delivery outside the EU, or where payment originated from outside the EU.
Import Duties
===========
You will be responsible for paying any duties, taxes and other fees applicable when the goods are imported into another country. Please do not ask us to mark your shipment as a gift on the Customs form, as this could constitute an offence which could leave us liable to prosecution.

Quantities and measurements are approximate. Trademarks acknowledged. Exact products may vary from that shown. All products subject to availability.
General
======
If any part of these conditions is invalid, illegal or unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the validity, legality or enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected. This contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law.
